Visited after moving. The inside of the store is beautiful and calm, but it might be better to do something about the noren... (laughs) This time, Chinese tsukemen 🍜, grilled pork is as delicious as ever 😋 The dipping sauce is soy sauce-based and light with vinegar added. Adjust the spiciness and taste to your liking...🖐️ In the first place, this restaurant is not a full-fledged or succinct style, so many people may feel unsatisfactory, but since it is basic Chinese soba, I wonder if you can't ask for a special ramen with a punch.

I stopped by for lunch on my way to Nagano U Stadium. I arrived 10 minutes before opening and there were two people waiting. It seems like they just moved, so the inside of the store was clean. The shrimp salt soba was recommended in a review, so I topped it with a flavored egg and ate it with the gyoza. It was a refreshing Chinese noodles with shrimp soup stock. I think I'll order Chinese noodles next time.
