Excellent, very good food

Visited on the recommendation of a friend. I ordered Matsumoto black + Kujo green onion and 3 pieces of black fried chicken. When I visited, I was lucky enough to be seated right away, but a line started forming soon after. However, the rotation seems to be good, so I might not have to wait too long. Matsumoto Black is jet black like other reviews, but it is refreshing. The thin noodles mix with the soup and are eaten in no time. I added Kujo green onion as a topping, but it might be good even if you don't add it. The fried chicken is crispy, the meat is soft, and the flavor is strong. It was very delicious.

I happened to be in Nagano on a business trip. I wasn't expecting much since it was open until quite late. The ramen was not too strong, so I recommend it because it won't leave your stomach feeling heavy even if you go at night. However, when you are looking for something rich, the feeling may be different depending on the person, so this is for reference only.
