Even though I like soy sauce, I didn't choose salt. Chicken hot water 900 yen Boiled egg 100 yen I don't eat chicken paitan soup very often, but it's rich and delicious. The color of the noodles made me think they were soba for a moment❗️They were made with whole grain flour and were very delicious. The rare char siu is also delicious. Is it the charred green onion? 🤔It’s fragrant👌👌 It seems like most of the customers around me were drinking soy sauce and hot water. I'll come back to eat again. Thank you for the meal🙏

2 minutes walk from Matsumoto Station. At the recommendation of the owner, I had the chicken paitan, and it was delicious with the flavor and aroma of the fish and shellfish, and I drank up the soup.
