Tsukemen!! I don't really like thin noodles...but this one is something else!! You can use spicy tsukemen, but my style is to eat normal noodles and enjoy the spiciness on the table afterwards. Really really delicious 🍜 The food ticket machines are very high-tech and can be a bit confusing, but no matter when I go, it's always crowded.

This is a restaurant that specializes in tsukemen, but the light dried sardines are surprisingly delicious. Apparently this simple soup is animal-free. The added dressing is exquisite. There are many famous stores in the neighborhood that have long lines, but I think this one stands out. It's really delicious. We also recommend the rich spicy dried sardines (this is a pork bone soup) and pork rice.
