Sambal tsukemen is nice. Not the kind of Indonesian sambal that I was expected of course, since the flavour is not as strong as actual sambal, but it matchs to be eaten with cold noodle.

I had the fish sauce ramen. The noodles are homemade noodles and are flat and curly. It looks like udon, but the soup goes well with it. The soup tastes so good that you can drink it. Some people say it's thin, but I think it's a good flavor and a good seasoning. I don't usually drink soup, but it was so delicious that I drank it all. I ordered the average size, but I think the medium size is recommended for men. It was delicious and I want to go again.
