The restaurant has nine L-shaped counter seats surrounding the kitchen. A young shopkeeper in cooking clothes, a female assistant, and a female customer service. As I was watching the cooking of two bowls each in one lot, the rice bowl appeared soon after. Soup is chicken clear water salt. It has a beautiful golden color and a strong saltiness. You can feel the umami of the chicken gradually, and it grows upwards. Shellfish are also used in the salt sauce, and it is delicious with a sense of depth. Noodles are thin straight noodles made by Shinshu Sakai Seimen. The noodles have a crisp texture and a light taste. Ingredients are wonton, pork, bamboo shoots, seaweed, green onion. 3 wontons. The skin is chururi and the bean paste is meat bean paste. You can enjoy three different flavors, one with cartilage, one with ginger, and one with perilla, and all of them are delicious. Char siu is 2 pieces of low temperature cooked pork and 2 pieces of low temperature cooked chicken. Menma is crunchy. I finished eating the sakut, and thank you for the beautiful chicken salt clear soup that shines in golden color.
