Stylish interior with a calm atmosphere I ordered Chinese noodles for 800 yen + green onion topping for 200 yen and chashu rice bowl for 400 yen. The Chinese noodles were so refreshing that I could drink up the entire soup. I was surprised that the taste remained the same from the first bite to the last soup. I thought I would like to try a different type of ramen next time. The parking lot is small, so if you arrive at a bad timing, you might have a bit of a wait.
This is a small shop located in a residential area, and as the name suggests, wood is used for the entrance and exterior walls. There is a parking lot with space for 5 or 6 cars, and only about 10 chairs at the counter (difficult for small children). I often see several customers waiting outside. The shop is run by two people (maybe a couple?). My favorites are soup and chashu. The soup takes advantage of the goodness of soy sauce and has a seafood flavor. The salty taste is not as strong as it looks ♪ The salty taste soaks into the two ways of chopping the green onions. The chashu is flavorful and chewy, and the more you chew, the more the flavor of the meat and sauce comes out, and the thicker the fat fills your mouth. It's worth going to this restaurant just to eat this char siu! The char siu noodles that I often order contain 6 pieces of char siu. The noodles feel more crisp than chewy. If you want to change the taste of your soup, try using garlic powder. By the way, the last order is 2:20 p.m., but I've been there around that time and it was closed, so I recommend that you arrive before 2:00 p.m.
