Ueda, Nagano, Japan｜Ramen Hibariya

On my way home from work in Nagano City, I suddenly wanted to see Ueda Castle, so I looked for a ramen restaurant in Ueda and came here for the first time. I ordered salt ramen and green onion bowl! As mentioned in the reviews, the salt ramen is quite delicious. It's not a light soup, but the noodles are entwined with the thick soup, so it's gone in seconds lol As someone who loves Santouka, the taste is similar to Santouka, so that's a good thing. Char green onion bowl is... Normally, I might think it's delicious, but when I had to drink a lot of it and had to eat it for the first time the next day, it was quite a pain 😭

I've been going here for quite some time, but this is the only ramen shop that opens early in the morning. The noodles are also delicious, agodashi, and Imamen that can only be found here. There are flavors that change weekly. You can't eat it anywhere else. The shop's owner's handmade menu is also cute. Hibariya's CD is also on sale. It's a heartwarming song for the ukulele.
