I came here during lunch. I ordered the chicken paitan char siu on the top left of the grand menu. I'm glad that I can get a salad freely while I wait. The water is cold and the pitcher has good taste. The saltiness of the chicken paitan soup goes well with the unique medium-thick straight noodles that don't rely on salt. The chashu pork is also simmered in soy sauce for an old-fashioned comfort. Boiled eggs are not half-boiled, but they are hard-boiled enough to keep the soup from becoming cloudy, so they are soft. They also offer services that you don't often get at ramen restaurants, such as pickled plums and tea after your meal. Next time, I would like to try a different flavor.
