Nagano, Japan｜Ōishiya Nagano Shop

This is the first class of the Shoyu Ramen noodles in Nagano prefecture. Plain, not fatty nor oily but rich and very tasty soup and noodles, plenty of the soup, big served grilled pork, banboo shoots, and green onion... Everything is perfect. No English menu but the menu is just three: ramen, grilled pork ramen, bamboo shoots ramen, and large serve for each. Prices are bit high rather than other Ramen noodles restaurant, cash only, a huge parking lot is available.

The chashu is the best part.

A refreshing soy sauce ramen. It's a popular restaurant, so I think it's better to go outside during lunch hours. The chashu is fried and a little hard, and the menma is chewy, but both are delicious. The photo is Menma Ramen (1200 yen). You can also take home 2 servings of normal size. It was 1840 years ago. I bought it before and made it at home, and it turned out to be delicious ramen, so I also recommend taking it home.
