It was delicious! There is a sign in the parking lot that says "Handmade Noodles". There are only counter seats inside the store, and it is very nice and clean. I had the sour noodles. The noodles go down easily and are chewy. Is the soup Japanese style? It has a sour and pungent taste that lingers. As I was eating, I started sweating. The chashu is soft and has just the right amount of fat. You can enjoy the noodles that go down smoothly and the flavorful soup. The customer service is also perfect. I don't think it's suitable for people who like a lot of fat.

If you are a noodle and ramen specialty store, you have to use homemade noodles! And the owner's commitment. When I visited, it was yellow noodles with pumpkin kneaded. Vegetables to be kneaded are self-cultivated! The soup has a mild taste. I had a nice miso char siu 😄 Ramen that is good for the body.
