I ate a special ramen with scorched soy sauce. It was also delicious with dried yuzu and roasted garlic. At the beginning of the meal, I thought it would have been better if I had ordered a pork bowl, but there were surprisingly many noodles and I was full. Bowls and large servings seem to be good when you are hungry. I was very satisfied. Please note that the parking lot is very small and only 5-6 cars can be parked. I lined up before the store opened, so there was no problem with the parking lot, and I was able to eat it immediately. There is a special ramen that changes every day, so it seems good to choose Sotsuchi.

I had dipping soba noodles, and the dipping sauce was particularly rich to my liking. The dried yuzu chips were fragrant and delicious. There are many other interesting menu items, so I'd like to stop by again if I'm in the area.

I was worried, but the ramen Mr. Himura slurped on TV looked delicious, so I ordered Ramen Toku Yuiga. The original thin noodles go well with the rich seafood soup. The two types of char siu and ajitama (boiled egg) that come with the soup are also excellent, but I really like the soft, crunchy texture of the shinachiku. Once again, I thought it was a delicious ramen with a high degree of perfection. It's been more than 10 years since then, but at that time it was rare to find a rich seafood ramen shop in my hometown. What is this ramen? I remember being shocked. Later, I became addicted to rich tsukemen, and Yuiga is one of the shops where I became a ramen lover. In the program, Arazasu in a progressive body! There was a mischievous subtitle, but the customer service of the staff, including the owner, is always humble and pleasant. I visited at 12:30 at noon, but unexpectedly I was seated immediately without waiting. This time, I ordered "Tsukesoba Toku Yuiga" for 1,400 yen. It's as stable as ever, but I feel like the dipping sauce is thicker than before. The fish meal piled up in the sauce is condensed so that it does not sink, and it is a tsukemen that you can devour while entwining the thick, chewy noodles with the rich sauce. It was a cup of soul that felt Yuiga's spirit. Of course, I think that tastes are divided, but I think that it is a unique ramen that can not be tasted at other stores.
