I ate a special ramen with scorched soy sauce. It was also delicious with dried yuzu and roasted garlic. I visited at 12:30 at noon, but unexpectedly I was seated immediately without waiting. This time, I ordered "Tsukesoba Toku Yuiga" for 1,400 yen. It's as stable as ever, but I feel like the dipping sauce is thicker than before. The fish meal piled up in the sauce is condensed so that it does not sink, and it is a tsukemen that you can devour while entwining the thick, chewy noodles with the rich sauce. It was a cup of soul that felt Yuiga's spirit. Of course, I think that tastes are divided, but I think that it is a unique ramen that can not be tasted at other stores.
