The tsukemen here has a slightly sour taste and is very delicious. Anyway, the noodles were chewy and smooth. It's not too oily, easy to eat, and ranks high among Ueda's tsukemen. This is my favorite store.

I went for the first time, but the noodles were elastic and very delicious! I was told it would take a long time to boil, but it was worth the wait✨👍 If you like tsukemen, I definitely want you to try it. 😊 Please be careful as there are only a few parking lots!
