The Best Lamen in Saku... the miso tonkotsu soup is really spectacular.

Seafood and pork bone ramen with onion topping! I like the depth of flavor. I wanted tsukemen in this condition. There is yuzu in the tsukemen soup from the beginning, but it might be better to add yuzu to the soup to give it a different accent. I would like to use onions instead of yuzu. But it's delicious.

One of the rare restaurants in Sakudaira where you can eat Hakata pork bone thin noodles. You can eat very rich Hakata pork bones. The mustard greens were also very spicy, the noodles could be easily cut (we ordered ``harigane''), the tonkotsu was thick and powdery, and the rice was hard. Hakata's pork bone ramen x karashi takana x rice is the best.
