I ate tsukemen with kelp water. This is my first time using kelp water.The noodles are in the kelp water.Kombu water has no taste, but it has a lot of kelp flavor. Sprinkle wasabi salt and some salt (I forgot) on the noodles and eat. The soup was also delicious. You can taste 3 types of high quality duck, smoked type and char siu type. Boiled eggs are also good and fish balls are also very delicious I wish the fishballs were the only paid toppings. The counter has tatami flooring I'm nervous about not spilling anything. The special duck soup ramen was super delicious 😋 I wanted to conquer duck soup stock, so I would like to come again 🥳 Visited the store for the second time 🚗 I couldn't forget the flavor of duck meat and enjoyed the duck meat ramen with a lot of duck meat 🤣 The best The fried tofu on top is the perfect finishing touch💃

It's an empty store, so the outside looks a little weird (lol), but the inside has been renovated and is beautiful. I had the special duck ramen (salt). It had a light taste and I could easily eat it as much as I wanted. The duck meat that comes with it is moist and exquisite. You can also choose soy sauce or miso, so I would like to try different flavors next time. It was a valuable shop with delicious salt ramen.
