More Comments at Google MapI love tamari soy sauce ramen and go here often. The balance between noodles and soup is absolutely delicious!
I had the limited Shionohana Ginjo Shio Ramen (880 yen). The noodles are thin (like Hakata ramen or street ramen), and the soup usually has a garlic flavor when you say salt ramen, but you can't feel it at all. Therefore, the refreshing flavor is pleasant There was no steam on the surface of the soup, so maybe there was some oil on the surface. Still not greasy at all Ingredients are 1 char siu and salad chicken? 1 thinly sliced daikon radish, a little chopped green onion, menma It is elaborately made as a whole, and it is symmetrical with the trendy simple tonkotsu ramen. The soup was delicious and I drank it all up It is a pity that there may be no next time because it is a limited ramen
There were 4 tables in a raised area, and families with children were given priority. We are grateful for the 100 yen children's ramen during the coronavirus pandemic. (Currently 110 yen) Looks like it's good for children up to 6th grade. I think the most popular one was Anyoji Miso? I like Yuzu's accent. There is also a uniquely shaped menma.
