This is a dried sardine Chinese soba restaurant that opened as a branch of "Yamasada" in Honmachi, Komoro City. In Usuda, there is Torichu which is famous for its dried sardines, chicken soup and hard roast pork, but the taste is a little different from that, so I highly recommend you try this as well.
