More Comments at Google MapI entered the store for the first time. Purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine right after entering the entrance. I was approached by a staff member and took a seat at the counter. When we were seated, we handed over our meal tickets and had the timing to express our requests, such as the hardness of the noodles. The staff is very helpful, the ramen is delicious, and the tonkotsu (pork bone) gives it a rich impression. For those who are concerned about the unique smell of pork bones, there are other ramen menu items as well.
Bunzo stand tonkotsu, delicious sauce ramen, kids ramen for a family of three I received it. I used to go to Saku's store, so I thought I'd try something that wasn't available at other stores, so I ordered it and it turned out to be a big hit. I'm not a huge fan of delicious sauce itself, but this one was super delicious. It was a wonderful harmony. Yatai Tonkotsu is thin noodles that have never existed before. This ramen was perfect for me as I like thin noodles, and the noodles and soup went well together. This makes me worry about what to eat every time... Furthermore, I ordered Kodomo Ramen for the first time and was surprised at the quality. It's made to be less intense so it's suitable for children, but it looks and tastes like Bunzo! Ueda is also a competitive area, but now we have more options...
I ate the Autumn ginger ramen that is only available on Tuesdays. Bunzo-san for the first time I'm not particularly good at tonkotsu ramen, though. I'm impressed by how delicious it is Fragrant and delicious soup made from grilled swordfish Shredded ginger is a nice accent Red onions, green onions, and all kinds of green onions are really good. The noodles were thick and curly and chewy, and they were delicious with the soup. Is this limitation particularly good? Is all the ramen here extremely delicious? I'm a beginner at bunzo, so I don't know. I'm going again next week ✌️ It seems like there's always a line, but I just happened to go straight in on an empty day. All self-service including water etc. The ticket vending machine at the entrance can be confusing if you are not used to it. There are quite a lot of counter seats and the rotation is fast. 2 or 3 table seats The aisles are also spacious, so there was a couple with strollers the other day. It's an ant here addition I forgot something important The chashu was very delicious I don't like greasy and chunky chashu. The one here is moist and full of flavor. It was a delicious char siu with a deep flavor. And the two pieces were delicious. Addendum 1 week later: Autumn swordfish ginger again Request strong soup & flavored egg I have grown into a bit of a bunzo enthusiast. It's still early for the dark side. There was no need to make it thicker even though it was so delicious plainly💦 Flavored eggs are best half-boiled It was delicious without interfering with the taste of the soup.
