More Comments at Google MapI had meat miso ramen. Even though it was made with miso, the soup was light and easy to eat. The meat is full of volume with stir-fried pork.
Both the master and the wife are very bright and have a nice atmosphere. I was very happy to receive the extra gyoza. I think the gyoza is seriously exquisite.
When I was little, one of my favorite restaurants I went to was Dosanko Ramen. There used to be many stores in the local countryside, and the number of stores probably peaked around 1985. There are several "Dosanko" stores scattered around here, and in addition to the name, the store decoration, atmosphere, and even the taste of the menu are very similar to "Dosanko Ramen", so it has been in the same series for many years. I thought so, but recently I googled it and found out something different (^^; However, the taste is very similar, or rather, it's almost the same, so it's still my favorite flavor that reminds me of nostalgia (^^) There was a new Dosanko Ramen store in the Heisei era, but the taste was the Heisei version, or I think it was a little different from what I remember. Is this a long-established store that has been in business for over 40 years? I ordered miso butter corn ramen and gyoza, and they were exactly the flavors I loved when I was a child. Miso butter corn ramen has a sesame scent and the butter blends well with the flavorful soup, enhancing the flavor. The gyoza is large and filling, and the flavor of the ground meat and vegetables comes out well, making it very delicious. Thank you for the great meal.
