More Comments at Google MapI stayed the night before in Komoro to climb Mt. Kurodarayama. After searching online, I found a ramen shop near my hotel. And Shinshu miso. Choose without hesitation. Good access along the national highway. Parking is available at the front and back of the store. Parking is available for a reasonable number of cars. I entered the store after 4pm on a weekday. Empty. I think I can enjoy it slowly. Since it was my first time, I ordered the signature menu. Miso Maru is the same as the store name. 850 yen. It appeared after waiting for about 5 minutes. It looks pretty cool. I'll have it right away. Start with the soup. Hmm. delicious. The miso is Daiginjo, which has been aged for a long time. Mild yet full-bodied. Next, I have menma. This is delicious. Honestly, I thought Menma was a supporting character and an added bonus, but now I've changed my mind. Next, have the bean sprouts. Crispy and perfect. Now it's time for the noodles. There was a thud. Hmm. delicious. It's really delicious. It's a little thick and has a great texture. I think it's not just the texture, but it's really delicious. This is one of the best ramen noodles I've ever eaten. And chashu. Meaty and delicious. I should have ordered the one with 4 pieces. Everything is delicious. Before I knew it, I had finished the soup. The store is bright and clean. The table is large and easy to use. There were two staff members, a man and a woman. They responded kindly and politely. When I paid the bill, I received a discount coupon. The validity period is 2 months. That's a good thing considering it's only been a month. I would definitely like to come back to eat there again. Thank you for the meal.
A miso ramen shop using aged Shinshu miso. The noodles are also made in Shinshu. Stone ground noodles are chewy and very delicious. The soup is well-balanced and not persistent, but has a rich taste. I definitely want to try the tsukemen next time.
was delicious! I became a fan.
