A modern fast food like Chinese restaurant chain with history. Spacious, clean & attentive service. Moderate prices but food is cooked on the spot ; nicely stir-fry with wonderful wok hei flavour. Do note that as it’s indoors, your clothing will smell that too! You can view the chefs at work through the glass windows. Modern equipment cannot replace old super high heat wok stir-fry for the ultimate taste. Their specialty seafood with crispy Chinese noodle dry or wet shoyu is especially good and authentic. Also tried their egg fried rice which is good tasting but could do with more ingredients for a balanced meal. A family and kids friendly restaurant.

I visited this restaurant for the first time after hearing that it was a famous chain restaurant that originated in Niigata. I had ``Gomek Anake Fried Yakisoba'' and ``Gyoza'' and they were very delicious! Beer progressed! I would like to stop by again when I come here on a trip. Thank you for the meal!
