Personally, this is my favorite ramen from Nagano Prefecture. Honestly, the first time I tried it, I thought it was a strange taste, probably because mustard miso is rare, but after my second visit, I fell in love with the taste and I think I've eaten at least 50 bowls of it. The mustard miso goes well with the naturally delicious miso soup, the special chashu that lives up to its name, and the crunchy bean sprouts make it perfect. I recommend the B set because you can also get a Char Siu bowl for 250 yen. I've always been a fan of soy sauce ramen, so I thought it was unusual for me to be so addicted to it, and even though there was ramen right in front of me, I was thinking about when I would go next.

It's not very crowded, probably because it's located along the bypass, but I personally like it. It tastes like the classic spicy miso ramen of Niigata, and the melt-in-your-mouth chashu is exquisite. It's not too heavy, so I think it's easy for people with small appetites to eat.
