I received all the salt on the chicken. The taste of salt may not be enough for people who like salty and salty foods, but I thought it was just right for enjoying the soup stock. The noodles are medium thick and not very spicy. The chicken on top was quite salty, so when I broke it up and ate it with the noodles, it added some saltiness and I enjoyed it in many ways. The manager does everything by himself, so the turnover isn't very fast, but I think it was delicious and I'd like to go back when I have time.

First of all, other people think it's ramen and give it a low rating, but it's not ramen, it's tori soba. This time, it was my first time and I ordered Tori Soba with miso. Tori soba orders are separated by toppings, and if you don't order toppings, you'll only get noodles and soup. By the way, all the toppings include chicken, flavored eggs, and bonito flakes, and the price is an additional 200 yen. The noodles are medium thick and the amount of soup is just enough to soak the noodles. I don't recommend going there with high expectations and imagining a ramen shop that you can find anywhere. The soup made with whole chicken and Soda bonito goes well with Okatatsu Shoten's miso and is delicious. If you are ordering a large or extra serving for the first time, you will be advised to order from the regular size because if you leave the soup out, the price will not be discounted at checkout, so the owner will advise you to avoid any trouble from the time you order. I felt that he was considerate, and I can't say that his response or words were good, but I don't think he was a superior person. Looking at the cooking utensils from the counter, I wonder if the person originally served Western food. I felt that. I entered the store and sat down on a chair behind the counter, but there was a young woman smelling like perfume, which made me uncomfortable. Before commenting on whether the food was delicious or not, I felt it was important for me as a customer to reflect on myself and see if I was being rude to the host or other customers. People who smell like perfume, please stop bothering restaurants.

A restaurant that serves ramen that you can't find anywhere else. I always get salt-based dishes that leave a delicious taste in my mouth on the way home, but I can't resist the limited edition menus I occasionally see. The “Buyon-style Chinese Soba” I ate this time was pretty good! It has a ramen-like taste that is the opposite of the salt-based tori soba, and it suddenly packs a punch. But when you eat it, it's mild. After all, the taste here is completely different and I'm really impressed. . And your husband. I love the unique atmosphere. It's pretty funny when you talk about it
