Menya Takeda for the first time in several years. This time, I visited the Shinonoi store. I don't usually eat miso ramen, but this place is different! ️ After a lot of trouble, I chose Shinshu miso again. The char siu is quite thick and the surroundings are fragrant and the miso pickled flavor is very delicious. The Shinshu miso flavor also has edible wild plants. My husband chose Hokkaido miso, which contained potatoes and was voluminous. My husband and I were very satisfied, but perhaps because of our age...the three thick pieces of char siu are getting tough for both of us 💦 Next time, let's make vegetable ramen and toppings with 1 or 2 slices of char siu. I was talking to 😄 I didn't notice it last time, but it seems that you can get a paper apron and soup to dilute the soup for free, so I asked for a paper apron. There are not many such services. it was very helpful. I would like to visit you again when I go to Nagano.

This was my first time visiting the store. This is a wonderful restaurant where you can try three types of miso ramen: Hokkaido miso, Shinshu miso, and Edomae miso. This time I chose "Edomae Miso Ramen". In honor of Edomae, the bowl features the famous clams and a huge piece of seaweed that you won't find at other restaurants. It was said to be sweet, but the taste was just right. Next time, I would like to choose a different flavor and type. This is a restaurant that will satisfy miso ramen lovers.
