On the regular menu, we recommend the special miso. For a limited time, you can enjoy dried oni sardines in a cement-based soup with the onion as a nice accent. You can also use the leftover soup with rice debon, or you can finish it off with the split soup.
I think that Yamaokaya's ramen is already synonymous with smell. You can't hide the stench of pork in the store, and even outside the store. Because of this impact even before entering the store, the customer base is mostly boys who like ramen, but surprisingly there are quite a few families and elderly people. The ramen itself doesn't have as much of a sting as the pork bone smell that fills the store. Even the standard ramen has a thick lard oil film that adds depth to the flavor, and it's fun to eat the thick noodles with that soup. The impression is that it's "very delicious and very unhealthy", but I think it's attractive to young people and manual laborers to shake off the sense of immorality.
