simple is best

I thought about this again after eating authentic tonkotsu ramen. As expected, the ring road is my favorite. Those who like the smell of pork bones may find it unsatisfying; on the other hand, those who don't like the smell of pork bones may find it edible as it has no odor and is light.

I first went there because someone near the store recommended it to me, and I've been there several times since then. I think it's delicious since it's made with just one standard pork bone, and it's just the flavor I like. I always ask for more spiciness, and although it says it's chili-based, it feels more salty than spicy, so it's up to your preference. I often use two extra balls, and I tried all types of hardness, but I felt that the normal one went best with the soup. After that it's just normal. I would be happy if I could use PayPay. I feel that the people who rate this restaurant's taste poorly are mistakenly thinking that it's rich pork bone, since it doesn't say anywhere that it's rich.
