Komoro, Nagano, Japan｜Asama Ramen

A very good ramen around Karuizawa. Right noodle texture, temperature and taste of soup base... pork belly is superb. I come again on 15 Nov, 辛味噌チャーシュー is the best noodle here!

The soy sauce-based ramen has a light flavor, but a large braised braised dish is placed in the center of the ramen, giving it a sense of volume and presence. The kakuni is so creamy that it can be cut with chopsticks. This ramen is addictive.

The owner's response is cute. The miso char siu has plenty of vegetables and is very filling. The chashu was also soft and delicious. Fried rice also comes with a salad. My wife took a bite of fried rice and said it was her favorite flavor. Please come by if you're nearby!
