A Chinese soba and tsukemen restaurant. The soy sauce-based soup made with homemade noodles and dried sardines is simple but has a deep flavor that you won't get tired of. The noodles are a little soft. There are free boiled eggs on the table and you can use as many as you like. Parking available.

There are two parking lots located about 40m apart on the old Hokkoku Kaido road, and can accommodate about 15 cars. I entered the store at 11:50, and the store is not a ramen shop, but rather a soba restaurant or izakaya, but it is an old building that has been renovated. These are amazing beams and pillars. I ordered Chinese noodles, there are table seats and tatami seats, and there are clean restrooms when you go to the back. The tatami seats are not horigotatsu, so we recommend sitting at a table. There are free boiled eggs on the table and water in the [kettle]. It looked like an ordinary Chinese soba, the noodles were homemade, and the soup tasted like dried sardines and fish meal.The soup had a nostalgic taste, but the soy sauce taste was a bit weak, but it went well with the noodles and was delicious. The char siu felt like it was melting and had a lot of flavor, and when I added vinegar and shichimi while I was eating it, the taste changed even more and it was very delicious. The staff was also very helpful.
