More Comments at Google MapMaruhachi Ramen 800 yen I came here because I like Sano ramen, but the reviews said that the ginger was too strong, so I thought it wasn't Sano ramen soup, so I tried it. It's true that the ginger is so strong that I can't really taste the soup stock. I don't usually add table pepper, but when I tried it, it went really well with it. The noodles are chewier and more delicious than the authentic ones, the chashu pork is soft with a good balance of redness and fat, and the menma has a sweet taste that gives you the feeling that it's homemade. I really liked everything other than the soup, and I don't think they'll change it since they've been saying this for probably three years, but the inside of the store is beautiful, and if they offer a soup version of Sano Ramen, I think it'll be a store that sells a lot. I feel a little disappointed. I think it's amazing that the price hasn't changed since 3 years ago.
When I think of Aochiku-made ramen, I think of Sano Ramen from Tochigi Prefecture, and it was exactly Sano Ramen. I never thought that I could eat Sano ramen of this quality in Nagano Prefecture. Personally, I was satisfied with the unique shape of the noodles, the soup that seems to have been made with a sauce made with char siu, and the firm menma. I think I want to go again.
Sakudaira also opened many ramen shops, but I found this shop when I thought that ramen with "handmade noodles" like Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture was still a long way off. Although the taste is soy sauce-based, it is not overbearing at all.
