More Comments at Google MapI ordered red flavored menma. I thought the soup was delicious. The spicy Nozawana topping seems to be recommended, and it does have a gentle taste, so it might be a good idea to change the taste midway through. I'll try asking next time. I wonder if it could be arranged a little better. The menma remained cold and I was concerned about the temperature difference between it and the soup. The parking lot on the side was full, so I used the parking lot at City Hall. Is it okay to park in the parking lot between the store and city hall that has a sign saying Saku Shoten?
I came here on the second day after it opened. Makes a good impression with its stylish atmosphere. It felt clean. The interior of the store was L-shaped, and there was almost no partition between the kitchen and the counter at the back, so if you turned your back you could see the food being prepared. The desk had a bright wood grain and was warm. When lining up in front of the store, there is no place to write your name and you are expected to stick to the line. I was also impressed by the meal ticket system, which supports electronic money. It may be relatively expensive for ramen, but I felt it was well worth the price, as they used the highest quality red miso and a combination of three types of miso. Please stop by and give it a try. (I ordered all white and half pork brown rice)
I was looking at Google Maps while thinking about where to have lunch in Komoro, and this restaurant was picked up, so when I opened the details, I found it quite interesting. This was my first time in Komoro, but I had eaten soba in Matsumoto the day before, so I decided to give it a try. Since it was lunchtime on a weekday, the place was full, so I waited a few minutes before entering. It's nice to be able to purchase meal tickets with electronic money, but some people may be concerned about the operation of having a store clerk next to them every time. I ordered the Yamabuki red all over it, and it was really delicious miso ramen. The explanation at the table said that the recommended topping was spicy nozawana, so I wish they would have recommended it more at the front of the store or at the ticket machine. If I was doing that, I would have asked lol However, the portions are a bit small, so you may want to consider ordering extra eggs or rice. The miso shop next door and the ham shop across the street are also part of the group, so we recommend checking them out before or after your meal!
