I'm surprised at how balanced it is. The char siu tastes meaty. It's grilled, so it's more like yakiniku than char siu. I didn't really like the chashu because it had a bit of a taste. The noodles are medium-thin and chewy and slightly soft. Although it looks simple, Honkarebushi Tsukemen is extremely delicious! Not only is it huge with 2 balls, but the exquisite balance of the slightly rich flavor of the char siu, noodles, and soup is just amazing! It seems that there is still nothing better than this tsukemen around Saku City. I've been eating it since it opened and I never get tired of its deliciousness!
