The shrimp paste topping goes really well with Tsubame Sanjo Ramen! ! I visited just after the lunchtime peak. The clerk was a one-time operation. Despite this, the cooking and customer service are courteous. I was especially impressed with how efficient the cooking was. In order to save as much money as possible, I tried to find a variety of delicious ramen restaurants nearby, trying to avoid traveling as far as possible except for a certain super spicy ramen restaurant. I'm so lucky to have found such a delicious ramen restaurant so quickly. The seats are wide, but the staff don't wear masks. Tsubamesanjo Ramen is hard to find in Nagano Prefecture. I don't usually drink up the soup (for health reasons), but with a large serving of noodles and a half of rice, I drink up the soup.
