More Comments at Google MapWhen I was driving, I wanted to eat ramen, so I searched and found it. A memorable first visit. We had dandan noodles made with local "Anyoji miso". Add a great gyoza set. Gyoza was 250 yen for 3 pieces of which you can choose "baked, boiled, fried". By the way, the main topic is dandan noodles, but the medium-thick noodles are well entwined with the mellow and gentle spicy miso-based soup. If you don't have enough spiciness, our original blend Yawataya Isogoro is waiting for you. I felt that it was carefully made without feeling heavy after eating. Especially recommended these days.
I visit Saku every year, and every time I go, I eat around the Anyoji Ramen shop. Today's Koshitei is the third of the 17 shops that currently exist. The appearance of the shop looks like a restaurant, and the inside of the shop is also out of place with a ramen shop, and it was a wonderful shop. Thick Noodles You can choose thin noodles and the strength of the soup. The 3 large slices of char siu were soft, and the thin noodles were easy to eat, and the soup had a soft taste. It was very delicious. Next time I would like to try Anyoji soy sauce ramen. Anyoji Gyoza was the best.
There are surprisingly many eating out lines from Nagawa Town to Mochizuki😋. Ingredients workshop Koshitei is one of them. You can eat delicious ramen that you can't imagine from the outside (this is my personal opinion). It is also authentic using Saku’s famous Anyoji miso❗️ For the bomb ramen that everyone recommends, we ordered Anyoji Miso Ramen🍜 and grilled gyoza🥟😛. The bomb 💣 is a perfect combination of Japanese pepper and habanero, allowing you to enjoy the rich flavor. Even the large char siew is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The gyoza also has plenty of crunchy vegetables. The Anyoji miso sauce brings out the flavor again😆. Tsure's miso ramen also has plenty of vegetables🥬. The shichimi chili pepper that comes with it 🌶 comes in a case made by Isogoro Yawataya that I've never seen before, and contains shichimi with a spiciness I've never tasted before. Did you have it specially mixed? Also, I have more fun going to Mochizuki.
