Excellent ramen option

[R5.09.10 added] Orders were placed on a tablet, and payments were made at the self-checkout. This is my third time eating Shonan Ramen, and this time I felt that the soup was richer and saltier than before. I thought it had a "surprisingly light" flavor, but this one is my favorite. I also ordered a half curry bowl (352 yen), and I was satisfied with the amount, which was unusual for a side dish, and the spicy taste (not too spicy). I ordered Shonan Ramen + Flavored Egg (825 + 110 yen) and Half Fried Rice Double (550 yen). Shonan Ramen is an abbreviation for ``Soy Sauce Pork Bone Cartilage Fist Bone Ramen,'' and the name makes you think of Yokohama Iekei Ramen, but when you actually taste it, it's different from Iekei Ramen, but it has a flavor that bubbles up from the bottom and doesn't feel lacking. It's true that if you're expecting something from the ancestry, you'll be disappointed in the taste, but I'd like to recommend it to those who have avoided it because of their preconceived notions that tonkotsu soy sauce is salty and greasy. I additionally ordered a half-fried rice double, but I thought, ``Even if the half-fried rice on the ramen side menu is doubled, it won't be a huge amount,'' but what I actually saw was a ramen bowl full of rice. It was a huge volume that made you say, ``Oh, I did it!'' with its spectacular appearance. Perhaps because it was intended to be eaten with ramen, the saltiness is light, and I think it would be good to add pickled ginger or mustard mustard greens on the table. Laota (lol) who is armed with theory and wonders, ``What is tonkotsu soy sauce in the first place?'' probably won't accept it, but I like it.

Soy sauce cartilage ramen. Full of collagen. It's really good because it's like this. Best when the soup is hot and cold. Due to the location, there are many students, but the toilets are very clean. A ramen shop that you definitely want to come with your family.
