Saku, Nagano, Japan｜Kokogen

I got the salty ramen and fried chicken. Crispy batter, juicy fried chicken. The ramen seems to use Shinshu Golden Shamo, and it had a gentle taste. It was topped with lemon slices and served with soup at the end. I would like to try the soy sauce flavor next time.

I was able to eat and drink the entire meal with the Shinshu gamecock soup and the gentle flavor of the ramen❗
