More Comments at Google Map[Added R5.10.29] When I looked at the menu to order the ramen I was looking for, I found that the price had increased since I first opened the store in August. The price has been revised to 50 yen + tax each for toppings such as flavored eggs, butter, and Kujo green onions, rather than noodles in general. On this day, I ate the special ramen (rich, 1,364 yen), and the soup was highly viscous and stuck to the noodles. Isn't that a bit too much? It's so rich that I think different people have different tastes, but I loved the taste and was very satisfied. This restaurant has been struggling ever since 20 years ago, when Nagano Prefecture was a ``ramen desert'' with no good ramen restaurants, and was criticized for being a ``ramen desert,'' disappointing visitors from urban areas, and disparaging reviews that criticized the countryside. It's been a while since I last visited, and despite the intense heat, there were 15 people in line even before the store opened. I am deeply moved by the fact that this is a store that is truly supported by the local community. I ordered a large bowl of special Bushimori (2 slices of chashu pork, 3 slices of seaweed, added menma, green onion, and seasoned egg) with a large bowl of noodles (400g before boiling). During lunch time, large servings are free, so the price was the same as the regular servings (1,419 yen). It's fun to dip the thick, wheat-flavored noodles into the rich pork bone-based dipping sauce with a strong seafood aroma, and eat it as you like, whether you slurp it or hand-fry it. No matter how much the city people criticize our restaurant, it continues to be a popular restaurant in Nagano that is loved by the locals. This is the result and proof.
It was my first time visiting the store, and the staff was polite and the atmosphere was very nice.I ordered miso ramen (light), and as the name suggests, the taste was light and there were plenty of vegetables. For me, it was quite voluminous! It was so delicious! Thank you for the meal!
I wanted to eat Jiro-style ramen for the first time in a while, so I went looking for it. The taste, vegetables, and richness were all satisfying. It may be a little unsatisfactory for serious Jiro-style ramen fans, but I loved the taste. The volume is very large, and the thick noodles make it a satisfying meal, so I guess it's popular among women. I think. I had about 1/3 left over (my companion ate it for me) The gyoza was also delicious. Above all, the staff were very lively and since most of them were women, I was very happy with their politeness. I want to repeat it again.
