Nagano, Japan｜Yokohama Tonkotsu Ramen Yoshiya

Very delicious tonkatsu ramen, meat that will melt in your mouth. No English menu, but the staff was very helpful. before I could get my phone out to Google Lens the ticket machine, they were already next to me explaining what everything was in English. Beer can be purchased from a vending machine separately.

One of the most delicious and hearty ramen I've ever tried; I would definitely come back to this place if I return to Nagano.

One of the best yokohama style pork broth ramen that packs quite a punch. You can choose the hardness of the thick fat noodles, strength of the soup and the amount of oil. Best start with hard noodles, (Kata men) so that when you are half way down the ramen, the noddles will not turn too soggy. The regular ramen works for me but you can always order the deluxe one for all the ingredients. Highly recommended if you are in Nagano city and are looking for some strong ramen to warm your soul.
