More Comments at Google MapFantastic ramen and the crispiest fried chicken I've ever had!! 2 thumbs up. If you happen across Karuizawa, stop by for sure.
As other people have posted, there is a sign at the entrance to refrain from bringing children who cannot follow manners. Many people have written about this, but if you want to have a lively meal with your children, all you have to do is go to the restaurant that suits you. Those who want to have a quiet meal are most welcome. By the way, there was a child who was eating well at the time I asked, so it seems that it is NG not to follow manners, so you don't have to be so sensitive. Ramen is the key, but I really liked it. I was surprised by the seaweed stems in Akatsuki Ramen, but surprisingly it goes well with the garlicky soup! The thick noodles were a little bulky for me, but they were delicious. The green onion ramen had a strong ginger taste, and it had a light soy sauce flavor that was completely different from the Akatsuki ramen soup. This is also very delicious. I will try a different flavor next time. The only problem is that it is hard to know when they are open. Even if it is open on Google Maps, it may be closed.
The taciturn shopkeeper is highly likable! The flavorful ramen soup goes perfectly with the original noodles. The dumplings are of course delicious, but the fried chicken with special sauce is addictive.
