If you want to eat spicy food, there are different levels, so you may want to try eating according to the level that is easy for you to eat. (You might be able to work up a good sweat) The third time, I ordered the beef offal ramen with salt that the owner told me about. It's up to the owner to proceed. The salty soup was light, but when I eat the noodles with the offal, I feel like it's too fatty and chewy, but the salt was also delicious. I think it would be delicious if you add rice to the soup and offal at the end, but this time the rice was sold out (lol) This is a family-run ramen restaurant run by Ramen Ginji Part 3 and Gaki Daisho. After the coronavirus, it will be open only in the evenings, which is a bit disappointing, but the food is delicious and I keep coming back. There's a variety of menu items, so I'm looking forward to going next time.
