Nagano, Japan｜Ramen Misoya

If you like spicy ramen this is the place to be. This ramen place is in our top 3 of ramen shops we visited during our stay in Japan! We asked for spicy ramen and we got spicy ramen. The bowl was plenty en full of flavor. There was fresh water at the counter and staff was very friendly. English menu was available. This place is popular so go at the right time and be willing to wait if needed, you won't regret it!

Great ramen shop near Nagano station. Great noodles and a nice light miso taste. Very popular among locals, so expect a wait. Line moves fast though. Highly recommended.

The spicy pork ramen might be the best I've had and at a very affordable price. The tender, smokey-meaty flavour of the pork pairs perfectly with the spicy broth and melts in your mouth. Served extremely hot. The perfect dish to warm you up in cool Nagano.
