Nagano, Japan｜Murokawa

After Kanazawa curry, I ended up at a noodle shop. The salty taste of seafood tsukemen is delicious when you eat it with thick noodles. A slice of grilled pork in the tsukemen soup. The photo shows basil flavor / salty flavor added.

After asking the staff at the restaurant, I received the most classic tamari soy sauce ramen. The flat noodles are lightly coated with soy sauce and are delicious. Personally, I liked that the onions brought out the tangy flavor.

I rarely give a 5 to a restaurant, but this one is a 5 without any complaints. Both the pork bone and miso sauce were excellent. I wish there was a store like this in Kagawa.
