More Comments at Google MapIt was at the roadside station I took a detour to when I visited Myoko from Ishikawa Prefecture. I ordered salted pork oil ramen, gyoza, and tarekatsuju. This was my first time trying salted pork oil ramen, and it was so delicious that I couldn't help but laugh. It looks rich when you look at the handwriting, but it has a lighter taste than back fat ramen. Both the noodles and chashu were delicious. The gyoza was also chewy and delicious. I ordered the tare cutlet, imagining a sauce cutlet from Fukui, but it had a light taste. The customer service was also great, and when the water pot on the table ran out, they quickly came over to replace it. I would like to go again when I go there soon.
I went during lunch time, so I was prepared to wait, but I was surprised when I was immediately guided to a tatami room in the back, and even after I ordered, the food was brought to me without a long wait! ️!! ️Even though it's Sunday, there's lunch! I was so happy that I ordered a set of ramen and mini chashu bowl 😋✨Both the rice and ramen were neither sweet nor salty, and I ended up drinking all the soup of the ramen 😆I definitely want to stop by again 🎵🎵
There's so much ramen and so many different types that it's hard to choose (lol) I came in for a late lunch, and the restaurant was quite busy, probably due to its location at a roadside station. It may have been my first time to have ``pork oil'' ramen, but it was delicious without being overpowering. A specialty of Niigata? I wonder if it is.
