However, I had my daughter help me a little with the bean sprouts. The noodles are so thick that I have never seen them before. Should have used less noodles...? Perhaps because the noodles were thick, I couldn't feel how small the noodles were. I should have come hungry. I felt that the white miso ramen (tasted) showed the difference in class. These noodles were also thick, but maybe thinner than Jiro's? I would like to order this next time. I felt the presence of fishmeal in the ramen (tasted).
