Nagano, Japan｜中華そば 極宇(ごくう)

I stopped by while passing by... just as I expected. It was a local Chinese restaurant loved by the locals! ️ It was lunchtime, so one regular customer after another... I came in. 😲 Ordered a large bowl of Chinese soba and special Chinese soba… Noodles, soup, and shu~ as per your taste... I was extremely satisfied. 😋 It was very delicious...Thank you for the meal 🙏 The handsome shopkeeper and the cute girl in charge of the hall I was cutting it all up. 😃 The latest stylish and trendy Racha~shu~... Rather than expensive and ○○ shops...it's more expensive... Well-maintained...Local people gather... A ramen shop with a somewhat nostalgic atmosphere...!! ️😄 I love it!! ️ Next...I would like to try cha-han and gyoza. Again, someday...😁👋

This is the only ramen in Nagano city (nearby) where you can drink almost all of the soup. Chuka soba has the image of a light soup with the flavors of chicken, bonito flakes, and kelp, topped with an elegant soy sauce sauce. I think they carefully prepare the soup stock.

Daily? There is a limited menu. The inside of the store is not large, and the entrance to the parking lot is narrow. 😗 Chinese noodles with a gentle flavor made with dashi soup. It's the flavor I like. 😙
