It was a ramen shop that I wanted to go to for a long time. A soup that is almost black in color. However, contrary to its appearance, the taste is not strong, and I was surprised at the light soy sauce flavor! It was a very delicious soup that was deep but not persistent, so I recommend it ✨ The shop is a form of buying a meal ticket and going to pick it up when the number is called. Water, table wiping, and cleaning were self-service, and there were many seasonings on the receiving table. It seems that there is no problem with the taste change!

A famous restaurant with a long history of soy sauce ramen. Simpler than it looks. It's not char siu noodles, but it comes with plenty of char siu. The creamy char siu is the most delicious! Recommended!

This is the classic ``Chinese soba'' that will make you want to eat it all of a sudden. It's not as thick as the black soup looks, it's refreshing, and the flavor is well balanced with the richer roast pork, making it easy to eat. If you're looking for even more satisfaction, you can add ``shredded chashu,'' ``egg,'' and ``green onion'' separately, and if you want rice, try ``fukumeshi.'' If you're looking for something with a strong flavor, we recommend the Tsumashina store near the prefectural office. This is my favorite restaurant, where the taste and atmosphere of good old yonaki soba coexist.
