The lamens are a delicious🤩🤩🤩, for me this has one of the best lamen in Nagano shi, the three types of miso Hokkaido, Shinshu, kyushu, always I eat the shinshu miso ramen and my husband the Hokkaido, both broth is thick and very tasty, the one from Kyushu it looks a little sweet, the karage is seasoned with misso, yakimeshi and normal dumplings, depending on the month you go there are some lamens that they make only during this period, so take the opportunity to try😋

Best ramen I’ve ever had. Eaten over 100 bowls.
