I was looking for a Jiro-style restaurant near Nagano Station, and I found it within walking distance. Momoclo also came to the same restaurant and introduced me to the menu, so I decided to give it a try. I decided. There was a parking lot nearby, but I thought it was somewhat inconvenient because the roads were narrow and there was a lot of traffic, so the parking lot was also small. After thinking about it, I decided to use the underground parking lot at Nagano Station. It seems that I arrived at the store just after it opened. The atmosphere of the restaurant was like that of a Chinese restaurant. I was left with an impression of the cheerful greeting from the man who seemed to be the host. Apparently, the seat where Momoclo came to eat was at the very back of the restaurant. The walls were decorated with stickers and signs. What I ordered was ramen with a large piece of meat on top and fried rice with a chunky pork fillet. Both were quite filling. It was said that the ramen had a good amount of garlic, but I couldn't really taste the garlic. However, both menus were delicious. I think it's good that you can easily change the amount of noodles etc. as it is like Jiro style.
