More Comments at Google MapI had ramen and fried chicken. When it first opened, it wasn't very good, and the taste was far from the family style ramen, but it seems to have improved considerably over the past six months. I feel like it has a slightly salty taste. There are quite a few harsh comments, but I think Misakiya's ramen tastes quite close to authentic Iekei ramen. I have also eaten ramen from other famous families such as Yoshimuraya, direct Joetsuya, and other famous ramen in Yokohama, but I think the ramen here is closer to the authentic ramen. Also, I think the smell of pork bones in the restaurant can't be helped because the soup is being cooked inside the restaurant, and it's normal for authentic ramen restaurants to have that smell. If you don't like it, it's just a matter of not going. As for toppings, I think the char siu is thin, but it is smoked well and it is the same as the real thing. Overall, it's close to the real thing, so it's okay to call it Yokohama family ramen. Also, the fried chicken was delicious. There are various voices, probably because it has not yet penetrated in Nagano, but it may take some time before it becomes popular. But I think it's very delicious. I want to do my best.
I've been to Musashiya in Kichijoji several times, but this is my first visit to Misakiya. My family is the Yoshimura family, the royal family, and I've eaten a lot of them, and they're delicious. It was my favorite family flavor. It was before 12:00 noon, and there was only one other customer, and I was so good at it. ? In Kanagawa and Tokyo, there are usually lines... Is it not recognized or does it not suit the people of Nagano Prefecture? Why? ?
I wanted to eat Iekei Ramen, so I went to this restaurant that I don't usually go to (because it's far from my range). By the way, Kichijoji ramen is thicker, harder, darker, and has more seaweed. The char siu is smoked and very aromatic and delicious. There is a smell of pork bones inside the store, but it's not that bothersome and it's clean. The soup has a strong salty taste with a strong soy sauce, which I like. The noodles were hard, yet chewy and delicious. The overall atmosphere reminds me of Kanniya in Kanagawa lol I don't have the all-you-can-eat rice option, but I'm pretty satisfied with just the ramen, so it's not a problem. When it comes to Iekei ramen in Nagano City, Yoshiya is definitely at the top of the list, but I think this restaurant offers something different. It's a store I want to go to again. I'm sure everyone has different opinions on Iekei Ramen because everyone has different tastes, but I think it's good for anyone who eats it. There are mixed reviews, but I think it's similar to the Iekei ramen you get in Kanagawa. If the store has just opened and the taste varies, that's a good thing.
