Unexpected find near UNIQLO. Roast pork side with egg yolk was amazing, with caramelised fat melting in the mouth. Special noodles was a Japanese version of Ipoh Ho Fun with delicious dried shrimp, orange infusion, smooth poached egg with carbon imprint and edible flowers. Great place for a feed. The meal was heavenly. Staff were very friendly and genuinely happy to have us. Awesome little find. ❤️

I visited on a Saturday around 1pm. There was no waiting list, so I bought a ticket at the entrance and when I entered, a staff member showed me to a table with a glass of water already on it. It's a method of buying meal tickets in advance. I thought it would be nice to save time. I had the chashu men. There was also a salad called Saki Vege for 150 yen, but I passed on it this time. The inside of the store has the same pink and white tones as the store's exterior, so it doesn't look like a ramen restaurant, but it feels clean, and the staff are energetic and active, making me feel comfortable while I was waiting. The food was brought out without a long wait. There were 5 pieces of chashu. It had the fatty, fatty, juicy feel that I like, was just the right thickness, and was so soft that it fell apart when picked up with chopsticks, and was extremely delicious. The soup wasn't too boring and I felt like I could drink as much as I wanted, and the noodles mixed well with the soup, making it a very complete ramen. Due to the store's flashy appearance, Kami, who is conservative, said that it was not an option for her when she wanted to eat ramen. On the other hand, I think it's a waste to think that way because there are many stores that are not as good as expected even if they are ramen shops, but if there are people who don't visit because of that kind of thinking, I hope it will be better. This is a great store that will betray you, so I recommend it!
