The number of seats was about 30, and there were about 12 clerks working at full capacity. Of course, the ticket vending machine system is the same as Nagano Koshinya, and the system for rolling tickets is the same. The customer service was smooth, probably because there was a lot of support, and the taste was still delicious. It's been a long time since I've accumulated a lot of tickets, but since it was Soul Day, I went. It was a success as always, and it was delicious.

I've been here several times since it opened. Homemade is so delicious! Black pepper miso is the best! The all-you-can-eat rice is also delicious. Is this level of paid rice sometimes? There are many stores. I like it better than Tonari no Marugen (this is my personal opinion)

I simply ordered ramen (with a small amount of black solids and an extra amount of makuri ticket). The consistency and taste of the noodles were consistent and perfect. I've seen quite a few reviews saying that the soup is lukewarm, but I generally eat it with a fufu. I feel like it happens more when it's hot.
